Shipping policy

Fulfillment of online orders is managed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays, with a standard 4 to 5 business day processing window. In order to protect our U.S. clientele from duties and tariffs, all United States orders are fulfilled directly through our U.S. logistics center. Kindly allow up to 15 business days for shipment execution, dependent on local inventory levels.
